Computer Science Student @ UCLA, double majoring in Applied Mathematics

I’m an undergraduate student double majoring in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. My academic journey is driven by a strong passion for artificial intelligence and full-stack development—fields where both computer science and mathematics serve as essential foundations.
This summer, I’m gaining hands-on experience through an internship with Verizon. My work spans backend development using Python and AI frameworks, as well as frontend development with JavaScript.
On campus, I stay actively involved as the Online Assistant Editor and External Sites Director at the Daily Bruin, a researcher at the UCLA Trustworthy AI Lab, and a Ground Software Engineer for the UCLA ELFIN CubeSat project.
Beyond technical projects, I bring leadership experience as the Internal Vice President of the Society of Women Engineers at UCLA and through my editorial and director roles at the Daily Bruin. I’m proactive, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact. I’m always seeking new opportunities to learn, contribute, and help build solutions that matter in the real world.

I love immersing myself in the world of films through film music as it transports me to magical worlds like Hogwarts, the Shire, and District 12. Through the music, I feel as if I am truly there along with the wizards, hobbits, and tributes (get the references to the movies!). Additionally, I find peace in my pattern art. The more intricate the design, the more it calms me.
Traveling is another activity that brings peace and joy. Each journey, even to places that I've been before, always feels different. Taking photos while traveling is the perfect definition of peace. Although they may not always capture the beauty I see, they capture the moment and the feelings I experience.
